How Our On-Demand Design Subscription Model Works
How do you ensure that you only charge for productive hours?
All submitted requests come with a formal estimate. If the work exceeds this estimate, we cover the extra time—unless the overage is directly caused by a change in project scope.
How will I know how the hours are being used?
What types of materials can I request?
With specialists in each area and Design Advisors streamlining every request, we create virtually everything across the main design fields: branding, print, digital, web, and motion. That includes logos, websites, ads, videos, animations, flyers, billboards, business cards—you name it. The list is long. If you want to confirm whether we handle a specific type of material, feel free to contact our sales team.
How much does it cost?
Our billing model is based on hours. You only pay for auditable productive hours. At Voorus®, hourly rates range from R\$60 to R\$75. Visit our pricing page for more details.
Can I request adjustments whenever I need them?
Yes! Our model was created to be a true extension of our clients’ teams. Freedom to request adjustments is part of the experience we are offering.
Are Voorus® experts exclusive?
Each designer works with a limited number of brands to ensure consistency in every delivery. Designers are assigned based on their skill set and the client's visual identity style.
Are Voorus® specialists freelancers?
No. We work exclusively with in-house or certified designers—independent professionals who have gone through a rigorous selection process (evaluating both hard and soft skills) and are contractually committed.
Can I speak directly to the experts?
If truly necessary, yes. But here at Voorus®, we have the role of the Design Advisor—someone who is not only a designer but also skilled in project management. Their job is to ensure clear understanding and communicate with the designer in the language they understand best. The goal is to simplify your workflow.
What happens if I don't use all the hours?
All purchased hours are lifetime valid. You can use them whenever you want or request a refund for unused hours (within 30 business days).
What is an on-demand subscription design company?
On-demand design subscription is a concept that combines two models in one. “Subscription” means you have access to a wide range of services, with no long-term commitment. “On-demand” means you’re only charged for what you actually use.
